The Case Aide supports case management services for unaccompanied youth by maintaining organized, compliant documentation and assisting with family reunification efforts. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team in a trauma‑informed environment to promote safety, stability, and timely case progression.

- Maintain accurate, timely client case files
- Support discharge preparation and youth release logistics
- Assist with communication between youth, families, sponsors, and partners
- Provide safe local transportation (occasional out‑of‑area travel)
- Contribute to team meetings and program coverage, including some evenings/weekends
- Uphold trauma‑informed practices, confidentiality standards, and all agency, state, federal, and Office of Refugee Resettlement regulations.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time‑management skills
- Reliability, empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, continuously evolving setting
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively
- Highly proficient bilingual language skills (English/Spanish)
- Experienced technology (translation and calling apps, Microsoft Office programs and applications) and database use
- High school diploma
- One year social services or office experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Experience in child welfare, case management, or refugee/migrant services
