Hours: 40 hours per week – Rotates on-call

Reports to: Residential Clinical Director
Summary of Function
The Youth Services Coordinator- Case Management and Programming is responsible for organizing program operations and providing guidance and supervision to the Youth Care Workers/Specialists assigned to the program. This position is responsible for the overall management of the program and assures that all Methodist Home policies, procedures, and programming practices are appropriately implemented.

Job Specifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid state of residence driver’s license.
- Successful completion of a thorough background check.
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work preferred. Experience with direct childcare in a residential or mental health setting is preferred.
- Maintains required annual training as applicable per education level.
- Is trained in Safe Crisis Management (SCM) Emergency Safety Physical Interventions (ESPI). Remains current on ESPI review. Is willing to use ESPI when necessary in keeping with our policy.
- Is trained in CPR and First Aid. Remains current.
